Congratulations to our students and their supervisors on their successes in the HTE Diploma and Thesis Competition!

Our students consistently perform well in the competition organized by the Scientific Association for Communication and Information Technology (HTE), but it has been four years since our department’s students last brought home as many as three awards at once.

MSc Diploma Project:

1st Prize: Péter Szögi:  AI-based dynamic environment detection and movement tracking for XR applications (BME-TMIT)

3rd Prize: Beatrix Tugyi:  Anomaly detection for unpacking machine using deep learning strategies (BME-TMIT)

BSc Thesis:

3rd Prize: Péter Dániel Markó: AI-based graph embedding techniques for software product data (BME-TMIT)
Supervisors: Dr. László Toka, Máté Nagy
